CHRISTINE MORRIS, TEACHER AIDE
Christine received her B.A. in English from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. She worked in non-profit organizations in New York and Boston and volunteered for many years as a telephone counselor for the Parental Stress Line in Boston. Christine moved to Rochester in 2000 and worked at United Way of Greater Rochester before deciding to stay home for ten years with her three children, Fiona, Annabeth and John. She re-entered the workforce as a teacher’s assistant at a Montessori school in 2013, and is very excited to join the staff as an aide at PCNS. Christine’s children spent their nursery school years at a cooperative-based model in Rochester, where Christine appreciated the opportunity to contribute as a board member.
Christine enjoys volunteering at her children's elementary and middle schools, running, creative writing, playing the piano and helping her husband tackle restoration projects in their old house in the Highland Park neighborhood of Rochester.
