Afternoon Enrichment Fall 2025

Register by October 17!

We are pleased to offer several enrichment options for our current students who would like to extend their day at school. Classes are typically capped at 12 students (depending on the ages of those enrolling). Pittsford Nursery School reserves the right to cancel classes if the minimum enrollment requirement is not met. Refunds will be given for withdrawals that occur at least 10 days before the start of the class. In all other circumstances, payment is non-refundable.

Little Athletes - Ages 3-5
8 Weeks on Mondays 10/27-12/15

This class incorporates fun movement activities, sports of all sorts, music, games, stories and rhymes that promote the development of gross motor skills, following directions, decision making, self-confidence, and social interaction in a safe and non-competitive environment. This preschool multi-sports program is designed for girls and boys ages 3-5. Activities include dancing, stretching, ribbon, dancing, soccer, basketball, t-ball, kickball, parachute games, volleyball, tennis, and more. Come join the fun! PNS will provide a small snack to each child prior to the start of class. Please provide a water bottle for your child to use during class time. Class min/max: 6/16 students

Little Bookworms - Ages 3-5
6 Weeks on Wednesdays 10/29-12/10

Each week, your preschooler will dive deep into a beloved children's book. This isn't just story time—it's a hands-on exploration where we bring the pages to life! Through engaging activities, we’ll use the week's book as a springboard for learning about early math concepts, creating themed art projects, participating in dramatic play, and even trying simple science experiments. Please provide a nut-free lunch. Class min/max: 7/12 students

Tumble Tots - Ages 3-5
6 Weeks on Thursdays 10/30-12/11

Join Caitlyn Culotta, a NYS Certified Dance Instructor for 6 weeks of dancing, tumbling, singing, and fun. Your little ones will get to move and play with props like parachutes, scarves, musical instruments, and tumbling equipment. On the final day of class, please arrive 10 minutes early to watch us showcase what we've been working on. PNS will provide a small snack to each child prior to the start of class. Please provide a water bottle for your child to use during class time. Class min/max: 7/12 students

Little Artists - Ages 3-5
6 Weeks on Fridays 10/31-12/12

Unleash your child's inner Picasso with our Little Artists Enrichment Class! This vibrant journey into the world of art will introduce your preschooler to a new medium and artistic styles. Our hands-on, process-based approach encourages self-expression, imagination, and joy. Not only will they bring home amazing creations, but they'll also develop crucial fine motor skills, learn about colors and shapes, and boost their creative confidence. Watch their imaginations soar! Please provide a nut-free lunch. Class min/max: 7/12 students
